Emission spectrum for helium produced when high energy electrons excite helium atoms in a gas discharge tube. There are only five emission lines in the visible light range of light.

------

The spectrum has "white" markers to help locate the 400nm , 500 nm, 600 nm , 700 nm wavelength positions. This spectrum is supposed to be used to estimate the locations of the lines in the helium spectrum.
